Consent Statement

I hereby accept and declare that I have obtained, read, evaluated, and understood the "Disclosure Text on the Processing of Personal Data" regarding the "Natural Person Customer - Customer's Proxy - Customer's Guest - Natural Person Prospective Customer - Legal Entity Customer/Prospective Customer's Natural Person Representative, Employee" of Guzzi Coffee & Croissant, to be referred to as Guzzi Coffee, within the period it entered into force.

Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data;

I consent to the processing of my personal data (identity, contact, financial data, visual and audio data, transaction security data, consent data) — which is contained in the registration form issued on the basis of the personal data provided by me during sales transactions and which is retained pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, Law No. 1774 on Identity Notification, and other relevant legal regulations — being processed by Guzzi Coffee, in whole or in part by automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that they form part of a data recording system, within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and its secondary legislation, for the fulfillment of obligations arising from the relevant laws and for the purposes stated in the disclosure text,

I consent to my personal data being kept, processed, used, and transferred in the joint database established by Guzzi Coffee by the data processor appointed by Guzzi Coffee, for the purposes of conducting and organizing the activities of Guzzi Coffee, ensuring and supervising compliance with legal legislation, and providing corporate and administrative management — in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal data, taking into account the information security and protection standards for all kinds of personal data as prescribed by the relevant legislation, and in compliance with the principles set out therein; and, provided that the necessary protection of my personal data is ensured, to their being transferred to third parties to whom Guzzi Coffee provides or from whom it receives services, where necessary, and/or, at the employee's request, to authorized institutions and organizations, and to my personal data being processed by these companies, banks, and authorized institutions and organizations as well, and to being contacted by me for all these purposes, both from within the country and from abroad, via communication methods such as SMS, telephone, internet, e-mail, social media, etc.,

I consent to my credit card, account number, and invoice information being stored in the database belonging to Guzzi Coffee within the scope of accounting and finance activities,

I consent to being sent messages, provided with information, and sent greeting messages on special occasions by Guzzi Coffee within the scope of advertising, promotion, and marketing activities via communication methods such as SMS, telephone, internet, e-mail, social media, etc.,

I consent to my personal data being retained by Guzzi Coffee, even if our sales agreement is terminated for any reason, for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations, for the period stipulated by law or required by the purpose of data processing, or, in cases where Guzzi Coffee has a legitimate interest, for the periods prescribed by law,

I consent to audio and video recording systems being installed in indoor and outdoor areas of the buildings and premises belonging to Guzzi Coffee for the duration of the time I spend there, and to these systems recording my voice and image,

I consent to my visual data being used on the social media accounts and website belonging to Guzzi Coffee, and, since the headquarters and data storage locations of the companies providing this service are located abroad, to the transfer of data abroad,

I consent to my data being transferred abroad because the headquarters and data storage locations of the video and voice messaging services and e-mail service providers used within the scope of the company's communication activities are located abroad,

I acknowledge that I have been informed that Guzzi Coffee has legitimate interests, as observed by the legislation, regarding the personal data subject to this declaration, but that this declaration of mine does not cover my special categories of personal data referred to in Article 6 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data,

I acknowledge that I have been informed by the data controller and its representative regarding the purposes for which personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred, and, in particular, regarding my rights,

By signing the section below, I accept, declare, and undertake that I have read and understood the information above, and that I give my explicit consent clearly and fully, without being under any influence.
